01The service

Melodrop.music is a music service based in Israel. Express includes MP3 for one user; Studio adds available WAV, metadata, CSV and source certificates; Sync includes five named users and shared folders. Availability depends on the files supplied for each track. Use your own account and keep access secure.

02Prices and availability

When checkout is available, payment is completed on PayPal. The full charge, currency and monthly or annual interval are shown before confirmation. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. There is no free trial. An annual subscription is charged as one full annual payment. A displayed price alone does not activate access.

03Cancellation and refunds

Cancelling renewal stops future renewals and normally preserves the paid access period. Deletion of an account is not a substitute for cancelling an external payment agreement. Send refund or cancellation questions to support with your account email and payment reference. Applicable mandatory consumer rights are preserved; these terms impose no blanket no-refund rule.

04Changes and support

The version applicable to a grant governs that grant; later website edits do not silently revoke previously granted permissions. No personal buyer PDF is currently issued. Contact support about licences, access, privacy or rights claims. Mandatory rights under applicable law take precedence.
