We store account-linked favorites, listening and download history, subscription status, and team emails and shared folders when used. Language and queue preferences stay on your device. Account controls clear favorites and listening history. This site does not collect payment card details.

For sign-in, we store your email, profile name, verified account identifiers and session records. Essential cookies keep you signed in. If you choose Google, we request only your basic profile and email, with no access to Gmail or Drive. Resend processes your email address and sign-in code to deliver the requested message. Codes expire after 5 minutes. Security records include IP addresses and request limits. Signing out ends the current session.

Who processes data

Melodrop.music operates from Israel. OpenAI Sites and its Cloudflare infrastructure host the service. Google is involved when you choose Google sign-in; Resend delivers requested sign-in emails. Support email is handled through Gmail. Each receives the information needed for its role.

Storage and retention

Profile, library, playlists, download history and team data are kept while your account is in use, until you delete them or request deletion. Account deletion removes the associated data from the live application database and ends its sessions. Hosting and email providers may retain operational logs or backups under their own policies; contact us for provider-related deletion requests. No payment-card details are collected by this site.

Your choices

You can clear listening history, delete your Melodrop account, or contact support to request access, correction or deletion of data, including when you cannot sign in. Please identify the account, without sending passwords or sign-in codes. Essential sign-in cookies and device preferences support the service; any new advertising or optional tracking would require separate disclosure.

PayPal

PayPal processes payments under its own privacy policy. Melodrop stores the plan, amount, currency, payment and subscription references, accepted terms version, dates and status to provide access, support and refunds. We do not receive card details. After account deletion, minimal transaction records may be retained for accounting and disputes, with the link to your Melodrop profile removed. Contact support for access or deletion requests.
